Keeping your contact information up to date allows the cooperative to contact you regarding your account if there is a need, such as a planned outage. It is also helpful because it speeds up the outage restoration process. Roseau Electric uses the phone numbers you provide to link your service location to our outage management system (OMS). If we have your current contact phone number in our system, our OMS will instantly recognize your phone number and can determine the particular service address from which you are reporting an outage.
