Who We Are
Roseau Electric
Cooperative, Your Touchstone Energy Partner, is an electric
distribution cooperative providing power to more than 5,600
rural customers in Roseau, Lake of the Woods, Marshall and
Beltrami Counties. As a distribution cooperative, we purchase
electricity and distribute it over more than 2,220 miles of Roseau Electric
Co-op owned power lines.

Cooperative is a member-owner of
Minnkota Power Cooperative,
a regional generation and transmission cooperative located in
Grand Forks, North Dakota.
